At Yappy, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
